After the reaction is complete, the solvent is removed under reduced pressure, the residue by silica gel column chromatography (petroleum ether: ethyl acetate=5:1 – 1:1) and thick preparation plate purification to obtain white solid compound 15.0 mg, yield 7.3percent.
