The reaction mixture was stirred at 25 C for 16 h. The solvent was evaporated and was purified by reverse-phase HPLC to obtain the title compound 3-((3-bromophenoxy)methyl)tetrahydro-2H-pyran (260 mg, 0.91 1 mmol, 31 .5 % yield).
